Logo Breakdown.
The core of this company is providing education entertainment for internal company distribution. They cover topics that help everyone from the entry level employee to top executives. It was important that the logo expressed growth and the passing of knowledge. A torch was a perfect representation of that. To represent growth, the torch needed to feel organic as if a plant was blooming a flame. Since the company focuses on digital content I added a play button to the base curve of the fireball.
